Some details

St. Paul's Church Pooley Bridge was built in 1868. This small church posesses a fine little Bevington organ of 1877 which is situated on the south side of the chancel steps.

Roof work at the church was responsible for the organ being inundated with water which poured over and through the instrument for some days. The entire organ was removed to our factory in Liverpool for extensive remedial works.
