Henry Willis & Sons was founded in 1845 and since that time has built over 2,500 pipe organs and rebuilt or restored many thousands more.
In spite of several moves, the Company retains an unrivalled collection of specialist tools, some dating back over a century.

Our offices and workshops are located in Liverpool and our tuner/technicians cover the UK from their bases in Glasgow, Liverpool, Hereford, London & Southern Counties.
We care for many pipe organs in the British Isles and abroad. Whether a small repair or a complete restoration, a high level of service to all our clients and their advisors will be an unending objective.
Accepted conservation, preservation and restoration practices are employed in all aspects of our work. All employees of Henry Willis and Sons are involved in a detailed and continuing study of and the application of these methods, to the extent that most of the shop-floor staff have undergone some re-training. We are resolved to ensure that both the quality and appearance of all work matches clients' expectations and value-for-money criteria.
The firm will continue to ensure that it is possessed of the necessary expertise and experience in the manufacture, maintenance and restoration of all kinds of action - mechanical, pneumatic lever, Willis floating-lever, pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, Pitman, Willis infinite speed and gradation etc...
